What are your check-in times?
Check-in: between 3pm and 9pm.
We kindly ask for you to provide you estimated arrival time prior to your arrival. If you expect to arrive later in the evening, then please let us know in advance.
We also offer early check-in from 1pm for £15. Early check-in must be booked prior to your arrival, and is subject to availability.
What are your check-out times?
Check-out: by 10am.
We also offer late check-out until 11am for £15. Late check-out must be booked prior to your arrival, and is subject to availability.
What happens if I’m arriving when the pub is closed?
If you’re arriving when The Plough is closed, we’ll provide you with the information you need to access your accommodation.
Is The Plough open on Mondays?
The Plough is normally closed on Mondays, except for bank holidays and special events.
If you’re staying with us on a Monday, your accommodation is still available, but the pub itself will normally be closed.
When do I pay for my booking?
We take full payment on your arrival.
If you would prefer to pay prior to your arrival, please call us on 01993 868333 and we can arrange this for you.
Deposits may be requested for your booking if your booking date falls over a specific holiday or local event.

What accommodation do you have?We have two types of accommodation at The Plough: our Cabins and our Courtyard Room.
Our cabins offer a more private, self-contained stay with a kitchenette and outdoor space, while our Courtyard Room is a comfortable double room situated alongside the pub.
What is the difference between the cabins and the Courtyard Room?Our cabins are ideal if you’d like a little more independence during your stay. They have a double bed, kitchenette, private bathroom, Smart TV and outdoor space.
Our Courtyard Room is more like a traditional hotel-style room and includes a double bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, dressing table, tea and coffee facilities and a walk-in waterfall shower.
What are the different rooms called on Booking.com?
Our cabins are listed on Booking.com as “Studio with Garden View”. If you’re looking specifically for one of our cabins, select Studio with Garden View when booking.
Our Courtyard Room is listed on Booking.com as “Deluxe Double Room”. If you’d like to book the Courtyard Room, select Deluxe Double Room when searching for availability.
Do you provide towels and toiletries?Towels and toiletries are provided for guests.

Do you have a car park?
Yes, we have parking available around the front and back of the pub.
Our cabin guests have access to their own dedicated parking directly outside of the cabins. -
Do you offer breakfast for accommodation guests?
Yes. Breakfast is available for our accommodation guests.
How much is breakfast?
Breakfast is £15 per person.
What is included in breakfast?
Our continental breakfast offering includes:
Fresh pastries
Bread
Butter and jam
Cheese
Yoghurt
Fresh fruit
Cereal
Do I need to book breakfast?
Yes. Breakfast needs to be booked prior to your arrival, as we may not be able to accommodate if requested on arrival.

Do you have free Wi-Fi?
Yes - wireless internet is available throughout our accommodation and pub.

Do you accommodate for children?
Yes - children of any age are welcome at The Plough.
Do you have a travel cot?
No - we do not offer travel cots.

Are the rooms pet friendly?
Well-behaved dogs are very welcome in our rooms, bar area, and gardens. Dogs are not allowed in the main restaurant (excluding assistance dogs).
We ask all owners to clean up after their dog.
Is there a charge for bringing our dogs with us?
Dogs are welcome free of charge.
