Where is The Plough Inn?
The Plough Inn is in the small village of Finstock, a small village in West Oxfordshire, located about two miles south of Charlbury and five miles north of Witney.
Does the Plough Inn have car parking? Is it free?
Yes - we have car parking available at the front and back of the pub. Parking at The Plough is free.
Where should I park when checking into the accommodation?
If you have booked one of our cabins, please park in the dedicated parking directly in front of the cabins.
If you have booked our courtyard room, please park in the rear car park.

What are The Plough’s opening hours?
Monday: CLOSED*
Tues-Thur: 12pm - 3pm | 6pm - 11pm
Friday: 12pm - 3pm | 5pm - 11pm
Saturday: 12pm - 11pm
Sunday: 12pm - 6pm*Not including bank holidays and special events.
What are your kitchen opening hours?
Monday: CLOSED*
Tue-Sat: 12pm - 2pm, 6:30pm - 9pm
Sunday: 12pm - 3pm*Not including bank holidays and special events.
Are you open on bank holidays?
Yes. On bank holiday Mondays, we typically have the following serving hours:
Bar: 12pm - 6pm
Kitchen: 12pm - 3pm -

Can I make a same-day booking?
Yes. If we have availability, we can make your reservation for the same day.

Do you allow dogs in The Plough?
Yes - we allow dogs in our bar area, as well as all our gardens.
Dogs are not allowed into the main restaurant (excluding service dogs)

Is Wi-Fi available at The Plough?
Free wireless internet is available throughout the pub and accommodation.
Is there mobile phone signal at The Plough?
Mobile signal at The Plough can be very weak, so we highly suggest connecting to the free Wi-Fi.

Are children allowed in The Plough?
We welcome well behaved children of any age when accompanied by an adult in the restaurant and bar.
Do you have high chairs?
Yes. High chairs are available on a first come first served basis. If you would like to secure a high chair, please let us know when you book your table.
